This is a method which is based on acupuncture (ancient) knowledge. You are using certain tapping points on your body (meridian points). Don't worry there is NO needles involved at all.

The basics of E.F.T. go as follows

A. The setup...Repeat the following affirmation 3 times:
"Even though I am/feel stressed, I deeply and completely accept myself.." while continuously tapping the Karate Chop point (
The Karate Chop point is located at the center of the fleshy part of the outside of your hand).
B. The sequence...
Tap about 7 times on each of the following energy points while repeating the Reminder Phrase at each point.
- 1) Top of your head
- 2) Right above the right side of your right eyebrow (or left side for left eyebrow)
- 3) Side of the Eye
- 4) Right underneath your eye (On the bone under an eye about 1 inch below your pupil.)
- 5) Under the Nose
- 6) Midway between the point of your chin and the bottom of your lower lip
- 7) Collarbone point
(To locate it, first place your forefinger on the U-shaped notch at the top of the breastbone (about where a man would knot his tie). From the bottom of the U, move your forefinger down toward the navel 1 inch and then go to the left (or right) 1 inch.)- 8) Under the Arm

For men, one inch below the nipple. For ladies, where the under skin of the breast meets the chest wall.Just follow the tips and do it! Be creative and you'll find ways that work for yourself.
EFT works even if you do not believe it or don't have an understanding of
